Seller
Everything offered on this website is sold by RestJana, who is responsible for preparing and delivering your order and for receiving payment for it.
Orders and prices
The price of each item is the one on the site when you order, and the final total, including any delivery fee, is shown before you pay. Anything not available is marked on the site and cannot be ordered.
Payment
Online payments go through a Shaparak-licensed payment gateway and are paid directly into RestJana's account. Your card details are entered only on the bank's gateway page and never reach this website. Where it is offered, you can also pay in person.
Cancellations and refunds
If an order you paid for online cannot be prepared or is cancelled by RestJana, the full amount is refunded to you. To cancel an order or follow up a refund, call the number on the Contact page.
Delivery
Depending on what you choose and what RestJana offers, orders are handed over in person or delivered to your address. The options available and any delivery fee are shown before you order.
